I hope all is well with you?
Just come back from one of our best holidays ever…..fantastic country, people, everything, so much to see and do that 2 weeks there only scratched the surface. My wife shed a little tear on our last day realising we had to come home.
We can’t highlight any one thing of the holiday as everything was brilliant, helicopter ride over Cape Town, Franschhoek, Kariega Game reserve being within 2 metres of White Rhinos, just so much. Thanks for your input in to the hotels and guest houses which were all fantastic. Auberge Clermont and Bosavern were really nice but then all the others were good. Simola and Kariega originally did not allocate the rooms we wanted, Simola were going to put us into the smallest room in Africa with twin beds and the room at Kariega didn’t have a pool, but they were great and upgraded us to fantastic rooms.
I have started to write reviews on trip advisor on the guest houses and winery tour we did in Franschhoek, all scoring very highly.
I have a feeling we may well be going back to South Africa again next year probably with golf clubs, so will give you a shout when we come to planning and for prices etc….In the meantime, if you have any fantastic offers, early booking deals etc just let me know, please can you send to the cc’d email address.
