All of the rooms at this luxury lodge have adobe walls, tiled floors and canvas roofs to ensure that you stay cool and relaxed. Over the en-suite bathrooms is a flat roof purpose built for stargazing at night. The 45 rooms at this luxury lodge all have adjoining three-quarter beds, an entrance hall, en-suite bathroom, fan, wardrobe with wall safe and a private veranda with table and chairs.

In the main complex find the adventure centre, observation tower, swimming pool, restaurants and bar. The curio shop is well stocked with books on the area, postcards, African art and crafts as well as the things you might have left behind, such as sunglasses, sunscreen and camera batteries. This luxury lodge offers a laundry service.

The conference venue can seat up to 100 delegates and is fully equipped with modern audio-visual aids. It is a versatile venue and would make a great space for team-building workshops, product launches or to celebrate those special events.

Enjoy the wide variety of choice in activities on offer at the Sossusvlei Lodge. It is perfectly safe to explore the area around this luxury lodge as long as you keep an eye out for snakes, scorpions and other reptiles. Set off just before sunrise to view the beautiful Sossusvlei dunes in the early morning light or travel into the Namib-Naukluft Park with a trained guide who will share his knowledge of the area, the animals, the plant life and much more.

Relax on the guided nature drives where you will view Oryx and springbok wandering freely on the 44 000 hectare property. A different way to view your surrounds is by Eco-Quad biking. The trails are laid out so as not to impact on the indigenous plant and animal life. And for something completely special sign up for a Desert Scenic Flight along one of the routes, if you would prefer to take it slower, choose a hot air balloon trip over Sossusvlei. 

Sossusvlei Lodge is situated in Sesriem right at the entrance gate to the famous Sesriem Canyon and Sossusvlei of Namibia, renowned for the highest sand dunes in the world.
