Suites are linked by wooden walkways to each other and the main lodge and bar which is set around a 400-year old Jackalberry tree. You will wind your way up the steps to reach the viewing deck overlooking the river a gorgeous rock pool to unwind with a cocktail or aperitif before dinner. You can also do so in the privacy of your own plunge pool and deck at your luxury suite.
The historical wagons that are placed around the lodge add to the unique ambience; they also serve as one of the dinner venues for meals that are so rich in flavours and served in legendary proportions. Either to be enjoyed outside under the stars near the wagons, in the lapa or the fine dining room.
Expect to see a wide variety of game here on drives and walking safaris; the luxury Jock Safari Lodge has exclusive traversing rights on one of Africa’s best Big Five game viewing areas in the Kruger National Park. Besides this there is the on-site Spa, opportunities to view ancient rock art, learn about the night skies and something completely different, to undertake a Frogging Safari!

Laze around on the private sala overlooking the river and plunge pool or head to the communal lounge area and raised bar to sink into leather armchairs and contemplate the stunning views. From here you can see the beautiful rock swimming pool that just gets more inviting as the day warms up.
Buffet-style breakfasts, plated lunches and sumptuous dinners are served up either in the dining room, the outdoor boma or around the ox-wagons.
