Five safari-style suites are set in an ancient Milkwood grove with glass and stone walls. The natural materials used in their design enhance the tranquillity and ultimate serenity guests experience here. Each suite features comfortable beds with mosquito netting, a large bathtub, outdoor shower and a wooden viewing deck from which to take in the spectacular views over the Hermanus lagoon and Overberg Mountains.

The carefully restored main lodge known as the 1892 Stanford Spookhuis houses the library and the elegant dining room where guests may enjoy contemporary South African cuisine and award-winning wines from the fabulous wine cellar. Scrumptious picnics are available from the 1892 Spookhuis Country Bistro.
